Examination Procedure
1. There are 3-Semester Examinations held in a year.
2. There is held a Tutorial Examination before each Semester Examination for the class Baby to Eight. The Examination of class Nine (9) and Ten (10) is held according to the rules and regulation of Board of Education. For class Ten the Pre-Test & the Test Exams are held after the 1st Semester Examination according to the schedule time.
3. For each Semester Examination total mark is -75 and for the Tutorial is -25. Total -100 (75+25).
4. For Spoken English, General Knowledge and Drawing the Semester Examination mark is -40 and for the Tutorial is -10. From the Baby class to Eight General knowledge Exam is taken orally.
5. Class Baby to Seven the Semester Examination time is total 2 hours and for the Tutorial is 45 min.
6. Pass mark is 33.
7. Everyone must have to pass separately in written, objective as well as Practical Examination.
8. Merit place is selected on the basis of the obtained marks in the three Semester Exams.
9. For the Scholarship Coaching class students of class Five and Eight the merit place is selected on the basis of the obtained marks of the last Model Test.
10. Tutorial Exams are held within six working days and Semester, Pre-Test & Test Exams are held with in 12 working days.
