Rules & Regulation of the Institution
1. Weekly holiday is Sunday.
2. Attending the assembly is obligatory for every students which includes recitation from the holy Quran and its translation, taking oath and singing the national anthem and showing honour to the national flag in a solemrized atomsphere before 15 miniutes of the commencement of the classes.
3. If any student remains absent from school due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she must submit application signatured by the legal guardian.
4. Attending classes everyday is compulsory & completing their particular lessons regularly is obligatory. Every student must bring books for all periods. When the school breaks up, students must ensure that the switches of electric fans & bulbs are off.
5. Students must attend school wearing their school uniform. No student will be allowed to enter the school campus without wearing school uniform.
6. When the teacher enters the classroom, students must stand up to show respect to their teacher maintaining proper silence.
7. No student is allowed to go outside the classroom during class hour. No student is allowed to enter the classroom without the permission of the teacher during the class hour.
8. Students must submit application to the headmaster with his/her guardian for taking advance leave and inform the classteacher whether his/her appeal has been granted or not.
9. If any student becomes ill during class hour, he/she can leave the school after submitting application to the Headmaster & taking his permission.
10. Students must pay fines for unauthorized leave.
11. Proper steps should be taken against the students who are disobedient to the rules and regulations of this Institution.
12. Students will be expelled from the school for disobedience, misbehaviour & indifference to studies.
13. Students Should buy school diary & badge from the school office.
14. Students must pay school tution fees timely. If tution fees remain unpaid for two months, his /her name will be struck off the roll. He must pay fine for re-admission.
15. A Tutorial test is held before a Semester Examination.
16. Tutorial Test comprises 25% marks of every subject & Semester Examination comprises 75% marks of total number out of 100.
17. Each student must obtain at least 33% marks in each subject in each Exam to get promotion to the next class.
18. If any students adopts unfair means in Exam, his/her answer script will be cancelled & he/she must pay TK. 50/= as fine.
19. Students must submit progress reports on particular date. They have to pay TK. 20/= for taking a duplicate copy of progress peport in case the original copy is lost or damaged.
20. For re-examining the answer scripts TK. 25/= must be paid & applied to the Headmaster.
21. Transfer Certificate is issued for following reasons:
i) Absence from school more than one month
ii) Failure to get promotion to next class twice.
22. Students are awarded on the basis of merit from class Baby to class Ten. Besides, students obtaining scholarship in primary and junior scholarship examination are awarded gold medals.
23. Class Captains are selected on the basis of performance.
24. Class teacher will notify the parents if any student remains absent from school for three day at a stretch.
25. Students must strictly follow the rules of cleanliness.
26. Co-curricular activities are encouraged to make the students better prepared for future life.
27. Wearing ornaments and using cell phones in the campus is strictly prohibitated.
28. Students are allowed to perform their respective religious activities.
29. Teachers comment on the diary, whether the student has learnt his/her lessons or not.
30. There is a rich library in the school. Students have access to the library.
31. Cultural programs are arrenged weekly in the classroom.
32. 80% attendence in school is compulsory for every students.
